Before finalizing your reservation, we encourage you to take a moment to review our policies. Understanding these details ahead of time helps ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for everyone at Wagon Wheel, and we're glad to help with any questions along the way.
Lodging Policies
At Wagon Wheel, every reservation is important to us. As a small, exclusive property, our policies are designed to provide a comfortable experience for all guests while allowing us to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Reservations & Cancellation
If your travel plans change, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Reservations canceled at least 3 days prior to arrival are eligible for a refund, less a $35 processing fee per room.
- Reservations canceled with less than 3 days' notice, shortened stays, and early departures are responsible for the full reservation amount.
- If we are able to rebook your room, a full or partial refund may be issued.
- Rates and policies are subject to change during holidays, special events, high-demand periods, and for special requests.
- Whole-house reservations, select holidays, and special events require a 14-day cancellation notice.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
If you expect to arrive outside of regular check-in hours, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements for your arrival.
Smoking Policy
Wagon Wheel is a non-smoking property indoors.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and buildings. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for guests who wish to smoke.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on the property.
If you require assistance locating nearby boarding facilities, our staff will be happy to provide recommendations.
Children Policy
Our property is designed primarily for adult guests.
Children may be accommodated in select situations with prior approval. Please contact us before booking to discuss your needs.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are welcome and subject to the following conditions:
- Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Gift certificates are transferable.
- Any unused balance may be applied toward a future stay before the certificate's expiration date.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
